Financial Policy
Insurance: Our office accepts most dental insurance plans. As a courtesy we will bill your insurance carrier for services rendered. The patient is responsible for deductibles, copayments and any other amounts excluded or not covered by insurance. Our office does not guarantee that an insurance company will pay for services. Insurance payments are based on an estimate only at each visit.
Payment Options: Payment for treatment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Several financing plans are also available.
Emergencies
Since this office strives to see patients with an emergency on the same day, it is best to phone our office as early as possible. For our established patients, we offer a 24 hour emergency service.
